Franz Bakery had a problem with being very confined with regard to being able to manage their finished goods inventory and shipping system.

The Benchmark Design-Build process allowed Franz Bakery to organize both their incoming finished and the finished goods produced on site in a more efficient manner.  Franz Bakery no longer is required to handle finished goods two or three times prior to shipping.  Franz Bakery is able to assemble finished products in an organized way, with minimal handling, thereby increasing profits.
